Restless Legs Syndrome Support Group
Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS) may be described as uncontrollable urges to move the limbs in order to stop uncomfortable, painful or odd sensations in the body, most commonly in the legs. Often sufferers think they are the only ones to be afflicted by this peculiar condition and are relieved when they find out that many others also suffer from it.
Stress plays a huge part in how severe your RLS may be. So, don't keep those feelings inside. If you can't talk to anyone where you live, talk to us, please.....
Are you on medication? What do you do for your RLS? I'm not advocating medication (in particular). I take meds, but many people manage RLS without them. However, just because you decide to take meds (or are already taking them), it does not mean you are weak in anyway. As I said, RLS is bad and can drive anyone totally crazy.
Let us know how you are, please.

No, I am not really taking any meds. I have a medicine that is OTC only & I think it is basically a sleeping pill, lol. I only take 1/2 of one & most nights it helps.
A good ole hot bath helps mostly.
