Hello, this is my first post. I was diagnosed with a 5 cm tumor in the upper lobe of my left kidney on October 2017. No symptoms at all. A CT scan with contrast revealed the tumor. I am scheduled for SURGERY on December 29 2017. We are doing a radical nefrectomy and plan on removing the tumor unless my Urologist assesses that the whole kidney needs to be removed. Lots of anxiety and dread going through my mind. I'm 64 years of age and healthy and fit. Writing this out helps as well as reading other posts and responses. Thank you.
