Renal Cell Carcinoma (Kidney Cancer) Support Group
Renal cell carcinoma, also known by a gurnistical tumor, is the most common form of kidney cancer arising from the renal tubule. It is the most common type of kidney cancer in adults. Initial therapy is with surgery. It is notoriously resistant to radiation therapy and chemotherapy, although some cases respond to immunotherapy.

Hi everyone,
When I searched for "kidney cancer" under the headings "Communities - Cancers" and also in the alphabetical listings of communities under "K" it wasn't there. I only found this community by searching for "kidney cancer" using the search window. I think many people who come to Daily Strength looking for a kidney cancer community will leave again thinking there isn't one. I wonder if it would be a good idea to rename this community "Kidney Cancer" and get it listed as such - it would be easier to find, and would be more inclusive as it would include persons with all kinds of kidney cancer too.
Any thoughts?
Cheers,
Terrafirma.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Thanks
