I had a successful kidney removal 2 weeks ago and had my follow-up appt with a nepheologist yesterday. She commented on my high creatinine level. It is causing my kidney to be functioning at a 61% level. She has me doing further urine test to see if we need to be concerned about it. My question is should I be concerned about it now. When she said my kidney was functioning at 61% I got concerned. She did say that could be because I have only 1 kidney now. Anyone else experienced this? I am a little concerned.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
