Could simple neuropathy be confused with RSD. How can a patient have abnormal sweating, hair growth, muscle stiffness and tremors and they diagnois neuropathy. I am concerned because I am having burning pain like someone is burning under my skin and pain in the arm that was never injured. The docs told me the reason why I am having pain in the other arm is because I use the left arm more and I was born right handed. I think docs are like lawyers I think they will tell you anything and thinking we don't know any better feel we will buy into this. Is this a case!! can other diseases be confused with RSD?
