I guess worse things to do :ignore it.... or take substances that have been found to reduce circulation or create blood thickening (do your research there - i'm talking diet and substance use)
but to make it better I have a sauna once a week and carry gloves as I said. Also take a baby aspirin daily has been said to help blood a bit with it and get onto some analgesic cream (which is expensive and needs prescription) - cheaper is to buy Chilblain ointment - it's a bit oily but find it in your chemist. Helps heaps.
