I didn't take my medicine until late last night and I went for a run earlier in the evening...that caused an episode. It's so uncomfortable too. It freaks me out when it happens at the gym...it's so hot there! It really sucks when I go from sweating my tushie off to right into the air conditioning...omg! It's weird too, my fingers get numb and turn the most horrid colors! But, otherwise, it doesn't really bother me. It embarrasses me aroung patients if it happens here at work...oh well. Once warmed up, they go back to normal:)
