To tell people about it. It has been 9 years since it happened to me, God that is a long time!! But yet it is still so hard fr me to talk about it. I don't know why. It has become easier to write about it, but when someone wants to talk to me about it, I change the subject. Will I ever stop doing this? Why does it make me feel so ashamed?
