What triggers do you have (or had) and what effect did it have on you? Some triggers I have: working with someone who reminds me of my rapist, walking down a flight of stairs, hearing a door slam.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. breath on my neck, ears, face, body; sucking on my ear lobes; any light (really gentle) touching anywhere on my body; water on my face; being teased; paps; fingers down there; the dark; thunder and unexpected loud noises; being shut in a room; closets; beer; anybody grabbing or touching me without letting me know; groups of people; parties; going to unfamiliar places; anybody raising their tone of voice; being intimidated; being stood over (looked down on); stream settings on spray bottles; being threatened; the dentist; unfamiliar men in my house; unfamiliar men in general; not being in control; feeling like I am losing control; being tied down or restrained in any way; braided leather belts; being alone; to name a few.
