today and lately my therapist and i have slowly been working on talking about my most recent rape.
it is so hard. it leaves me feeling kind of relieved afterward, but kind of pissed off, too.
how do you all feel when you talk about it? CAN you even?
it is so hard for me. i keep talking around it, but not directly about it.

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
It's still hard to talk to him about it, and afterwards I'm left feeling very messed up, but it does help.
Kathryn's right, take it slow, talk as mucch as you feel comfortable but don't push yourself.
you are all right about taking it slow, which my therapist is giving me all the time that I need to do. thank goodness.
i talk about the immediate aftermath. she says we're working our way toward the beginning from the end. it's so hard, getting there.
