i don't know how to let my emotions come out. i've always contained my emotions and i feel like i don't even know how to be mad or let myself cry. i feel myself pushing my emotions away even when i want to let them out. i feel like i'm going to explode sometimes but i don't know how to release my energy. i just want to freak out, but i cant. do any of you have a similar problem? how do you release your feelings?
