So...how necessary does everybody think counseling really is? I have a great respect for it, but have never been interested in going. Maybe I'm in denial or something, but I think I feel ok for the most part. If I have a problem or some bad feelings, I have people who understand who I can talk to, although it isn't a formal counseling session. I was reading some of the other posts, and noticed that a lot of people have been in counseling for months and years, so I'm wondering if I'm missing the boat or what? I know everybody is different, but I just wanted some insight as to what you guys think about this.
