I am really having trouble with friends lately. During your recovery process.....did people constantly use the excuse you are really just not happy and you are taking it out on us, but even when you had every reason to be frustrated with them? I am so sick of people treating me like im fragile....like I dont have a right to be legitimately mad any more at anyone because they only come back with you are just angry with your life right now so stop taking it out on us. It is so hurtful to be permanently labled as this "girl who is forever angry because she was raped" by people you trusted. I have struggled with depression for years, so i am able to recognize when iam just being irritable and when i am truly upset aboutsomething. How do you get past the lable that people stick to you because of your tramatic experience?
