Is anyone have problems with eating and PF ??

Recently I have noticed that I can only eat about half of what I was used to eating a few months ago. When I overeat (like over Christmas and New Year, of course !!) I feel very short of breathe right away. Then in the middle of the night I wake up coughing and have to get up and do a breathing treatments. For the most part I am used to sleeping through the night before this issue.
Anyone else noticed these syptoms ?? Do tell ....... and, if so, got any ideas what is happening and how I can prevent it ??

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
No words of wisdom other than to say that used to often experience the same symptoms until I learned not to eat so much.
It is an extremely bad habit that I have and it seems ironic that it is taking this disease to make me diet as I should. Haven't loss enough to get down to normal but intend to take advantage of this until I do.
I do not like the IPF symptoms that I experience when I over eat. I have tried to eat better but not as much and every thing seems to work better that way for me.
Happy New Year, I'm still on vacation in Virginia, driving back to LA via Texas and won't be back until around the 22nd of January
