Is it my imagination or does this happen to anyone else? I swear when my INR is low, I feel not quite "right" like I'm doing a lot of "upper chest" breathing instead of deep belly breaths. Of course, this is the first time I"ve had a low INR, so I'm just wondering if that's what it is, or ... is this just par for the course in recovery? It seems like I read about this before in a different discussion string and I can't find it now. I know someone recommended yoga, so I'm going to get out my Pilates DVD and jump back on that wagon. But just curious if anyone else experienced this, please tell me it doesn't last long?
