I've heard that running and exercise will help dissolve blood clots faster. Does this sound right? Also, if you run a lot and lift weights or do other high intensity things while on warfarin and while the blood clot is still there, will the scarring of the lung be worse? I was just wondering if there were any negative outcomes of working out hard while getting treated and recovering with a clot.
