So vitamin k intake shouldn't be too high and should be consistent when on warfarin and when you have a blood clot, but what else in the diet can aid in the recovery process? Is it best to stay away from fats or too high protein. I was just wondering if anybody had any other information on the best type of diet to follow when you have a clot and are on warfarin. I just want to do all that I can to help my body recover. I eat a lot of peanut butter, is that bad? Any information would be appreciated.
