I hate to admit this, but I smoked for 1 week, last week, due to what felt like unbearable stress...Before my bilateral PE in august, i ran 3 miles every day, was a health food junkie, and would smoke a cigarette maybe 2 times a year during the rare late night out...I usually don't even take asprin or the likes, because i'm so into health food. Ever since the PE i just feel so~not healthy..I was having excruciating migrane headaches after the PE, and was prescribed vicodin, which i will not take anymore. I'm starting to run again and get my diet back on track. I am a cop and handle all types of situations, but for some reason this PE has been messing with my head. Does anybody else feel the same way??

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
