Has anyone tried over-the-counter medications that work well? I have been under a lot of stress lately and my psoriasis has started to flare up but I don't have any medical insurance right now. Anybody have any suggestions? Thanks.

I use Eucerin cream (not lotion) in-between prescriptions. I hope this helps.

Most of the OTC treatments that I've come across lately contain 2% sycailac acid as the active ingredient. You can buy a cheap acne medication with the same ingredient for much les $$.
