Has anybody tried humera for psoriasis? My doc was able to get approval from my insurance company for it. She said that she preferred humera over enbrel because she feels it works better for people who are heavier.
I notice that one of the side effects listed is increased upper respitory infections and (YIKES!) bladder infections! Has anyone had those problems?
I need to do something. P is spreading all over and now it's in my joints too.

I have been on humira for almost 3 years. It has changed my life. My skin is completely clear and my joints feel normal. My right elbow and my neck were completely locked due to the psa.Humira has given me my life back. The only bad thing I have experienced with humira is that it burns like fire when you inject it. If you leave it out for a half hour before injecting and go slowly it's not so bad. It has literally saved my life. Thank God for this drug. Good luck to you.

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
