Ok, my doctors all have told me there is absolutely no corelation between what I eat and psiorias. That being sad about 2 months ago I went into the hospital for gal bladder surgery. Since then I have mainly been eating organically. Low and behold my psioriasis starting going away on its own. I did not use any of my topicals except on a few occasions where 1 of my elbows got a bit dry. My knees completely cleared up and my other elbow and parts of my back and head cleared up without me doing anything. The last week and a half I haven't stuck to my diet as well as I was in the past because I am trying to gain some of the weight I lost when I was sick back. Eating very healthy and organically it is very hard for me to gain weight on it. Since then my psiorias is slowly starting to come back.
My question is this. Has anyone had any luck with diet and clearing up psoriasis?
It seems like to much of a coincidence to me not to have something in common. Less toxins on food to me means less toxins expelled through the skin.

I totally agree with you. We are what we eat so how is it possible that our diets and what we consume or expose ourselves to can NOT have an effect on our bodies including psoriasis. I have a job now where I am working evenings and now have the whole day to get dinner ready and of course now I have time to make more natural meals and less "fast foods" for my family. I have noticed a difference in my psoriasis. I definately think it is related... how could it NOT be? Sometimes I think dr.'s dont' see psoriasis as a big issue and many are close minded or too busy to look into the possiblity that exposure and diet etc. could be affecting it... they're too busy writing cream prescriptions.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
