Hi.Im new here and still looking around.Like the place so far! I was wondering if there is anyone out there with paps? I have them bi-laterally and having some trouble with them. I had a VP shunt fitted in Dec 08 and altho it is working and has reducded the pressure a bit, there has been no improvment at all in the paps. I was to have a second Vp shunt done last month but now cant due to collapsed ventricles. My drs seem to have run out of answers and have sent me home for pain mangement. There must be some thing else I can do? A Lp shunt has been ruled out as well. Would love to hear from anyone with or with out paps. All thoughts gratefully recieved! Cath278.
