Hi, My wife has been dealing with Pseudotumor Cerbri for two years now. We went to Mayo Clinic in June and since July has had two shunts put in. The pressure seems to decrease for about two weeks and then it comes back. She Just got oyut of the hospital last week and today she was re-admitted with high intercranial pressure again. She is so down. She had an LP done last week and the resident could not get it right. Now her spinal fluid is all jacked up. Not only high pressure, now she may have picked up an infection. The Dr's say her ventrical has collapsed around the shunt and it is restricting the flow of fluid thru the shunt. She feels so alone and says I don't understand. Any suggestions???
