there is no magic pill for panc or anxiety. it's taken me 16 years to figure that out. xanax and other meds help for a while but are very addictive and end up being a bigger problem than the panic and anxiety. talk to a counselor about ways to beat the panic without drugs, deep breathing and meditation along with diet and exercise and changing the way we think like with cognitive behavioral therapy are the only long lasting healthy things that work. it takes time and patience but we are worth the effort. take care of yourself.
