to ensure I really get rolling this time getting off sleeping pills, I visited two of my doctors advisng them to never write me pain or sleep meds and went two 2 local pharmacies to cancel refills and to avoid new scripts for certain medications. my alochol use is only a problem when I have sleeping pills and won't drink if I have quit or have run out of pills.
