Anyone successful getting off suboxone?

deleted_user
Hi, I'm new to DS and so grateful to have found it! I've been on and off mostly on opiods since i was 18, oc's, diladid, dones. Never been to rehab, but i think i will need to to ever be completely clean. I started suboxonein '05 when i was pregnant w/ my daughter. Did really well sticking ti my program for first 18 months. Then the dose was lowered to the 2.5 mg, which has less naloxone, making it to where iwas able to get high and relapse. So i'd get high 5 or so times amoth and stick to my subs the rest of the time. i just found out i have hep c as a result of my drug use, needless to say i'm highly motivated not to relapse, but i would like to have pain pills out of my life all together. But with out them i withdraw really bad, even w/ as low a dose as i have, i've heard thats because they build up and i've been on 'em so long. I'm just wondering if anyone else has been successful? my husband works out of town 2 weeks on and off and my daughter needs me feeling good enough to take care of her

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
