ok, this is gonna sound like a dumb question...Is it possible to put yourself in shape while being pregnant? I'm now close to 29 wks along. i worked out like crazy up until i found out i was preggo. then i planned on waiting til the second tri to start back. well...i'm not gonna lie, i never started back. hehe...plus i work 2 jobs so i get a pretty good workout. im not just sitting around all day. but it's still not that great. so, if i get back to working out this late in the game. would it still be possible for me to reap the benefits of easier labor, and also getting back in shape quicker after baby? what do you all think:)
