I'm sorry, I wish I knew. I am dying to get some regular strong contractions going here. These braxton hicks aren't working for me. LOL!!!! When you find out, please let me know. I am 37 weeks and ready to have this baby. Sorry, I know this is not the response you was looking for.

I called my local health food store, the one the lady told me was evening primrose oil. It comes in a pill and a tea. I don't know if this was it, but I am going to try it today!!!!

I've heard of evening primrose, castor oil,and red raspberry leaf tea,I've also heard from some that actually pumping actually cause contractions, but I've heard you have to pump for along time, but I did just have a friend who pumped and went into labor pretty much right afterwards. Be careful though, I know that the castor oil also gives you horrible dirreah

Stay away from castor oil!!!! I tried that with my son and the ONLY thing it gave me was cramps (NOT contractions) and horrible constipation that resulted in my having to do an enema! Plus it tasted so bad I threw up the first time I tried to take it! Just wanted to give you a warning. try everything else EXCEPT castor oil. Good luck!!

i think it may be red rasberry tea,but it wasn,t to bring on contractions it was to help make the contractions work as in making you dialate and have your baby easier, what i took with my son was good as from the first contractions to him being born was 5 1/2 hours and he was my first.as soon as i find out what it was i,ll post it here.goodluck all.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
