they took a picture of my yolk sac when they did my first us but it wasn't in the pictures they gave me...it might just be the angle from which she took your picture that yours was included in your picture...I really wouldn't worry about it at all.

I definitley wouldn't worry about it, if there was a problem you would know about it(the doc would tell you) My 2nd ultrasound pics looks like the baby has a growth coming from her neck, but it's my placenta they said it's really thick and it shows up on the ultrasound more so then normal, it doesn't mean anything bad, they actually told me it's a good thing my placenta is really sturdy I guess, it's kinda weird but they assured me it was fine, it's only in one of the pics that it looks like a growth, as for the tylenol pm it is tylenol and Diphenhydramine HCl, which from what I know is benedryl which I know I've taken throughout all of my pregnancies for diff things, I know you can take 1-2 benedryl which is typically 25-50mg, which tylenol pm has 25mgs of the Diphenhydramine in each capsule and 500mg of tylenol, which is the suggested dose of tylenol for a pregnant women, so if you could take tylenol pm you could only take one pill, I have thought throughout all of my pregnancies that tylenol was the safest thing to take and you could follow directions so I always took 2 500mg tylenols when I needed them, luckily it didn't do anything but I was told during this pregnancy that 500mg was the max dose(I've also heard 650mg) I honestley would just take benedryl I don't know anyone that's been told they can't take that while pregnant, and it will help you sleep, I mean it seems odd that benedryl is safe yet no one knows much about tylenol pm, it is tylenol and benedryl both of which are ok to take while pregnant, who knows?? I think I will ask my ob about this on tuesday my mind is boggled!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
