I've read so many diff statements online. Some say their doctor said it's fine, others were told no, but to take Benadryl instead. Then I read Tylenol PM is basically Tylenol with Benadryl combined (same ingredient).
I'm only 3 weeks along but I'm curious if anyone had gotten advice from their doctors about this.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
When you go to your doctor's they usually give you a list of what you can and can not take during pregnancy, if they don't just ask them what is safe.
