Im such a sissy! Im still having this cramping pain, today it wasnt there all day. Than it started tonight. It's kinds sharp and seems to be mainly on the right side. It comes and goes, its not unbearable, but a little scary. No spotting. Would my blood levels show if it is a good pregnancy, or do I have to wait for the ultrasound?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
However if you are worried at all you should go to the doctor. At six weeks you will not see a baby but you should be able to see a yolk sac and a heartbeat.
They can do bloodtest to see if your levels are dropping but if you aren't bleeding they likely won't do this.
But as I said some women just get pain during pregnancy. I did for my son and now, for my twins.
The best thing for you to do now is take some paracetamol, it may help the pain a little, and try and relax.
As for the morning sickness, I've read that it doesn't show up instantly, but may start around week 6 or so. And if you don't get any, consider yourself lucky! I've also heard of morning sickness not showing up till the second trimester as well. So its kind of anything goes!
Pretty soon you'll get into the swing of being pregnant and all the aches and pains that are a normal part of it. And as time goes on, you'll also feel more confident that everything is fine. You'll learn that 'normal' is all over the board for just about everything!
