Ok the last 2 days I have been hungry ALL day. If I go for more than like an hour-hour and a half without stuffing my face I end up so nauseated that I am miserable for another hour or so, even after eating. I ate so much food yesterday it was absurd. Is this normal and is there anything I can do to curb it? I am so damn cranky because I feel like I am starving ALL the time. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
