i am 34 weeks and whenever i stand or sit up for a long period of time (more then an hour) i get intense shooting pains down my pelvic floor. i try laying down to make them go away but seems to take ages. i am pretty sure its normal due the baby resting against my cervix, but does anyone know if there is anything i can do to ease the discomfort? thanks..
