Ever sense I got pregnant(I am now 4 months along) I have had some serious leg pain only at night when I sleep. Its from my hips to my knees but mostly in the knees.Which ever side Im sleeping on is the leg thats in pain.If I switch sides so does the pain.Im always tossing and turning from side to side and dont get alot of sleep. Its getting worse as time goes by and now during the day if i sit or stand I get horrible pain in my knees.Has anyone else had this before or have any ideas to help.Ive tried putting pillows between my knees and it does nothing. What Im worried about is the pain obviously and I always wake up on my back and we all know its not good after 4 months.in my first pregnancy i never woke up on my back.I guess it was a subconcious thing but now with all the pain in my legs when Im on my side I turn on my back and sleep to get rid of the pain .But when I turn on my back I dont wake up it just happens.
