I have a list of seafoods and how often you can eat them, but I don't have a listing for crab or lobster. I want to go to sushi and I need the rules on that too. If I can only have the cooked shrimp or whatever else, that's fine, but I need to know what I can and cannot have. Thanks for all the help.

You absolutely must not eat anything that is raw in the meat or seafood family or eat from a place that would prepare vegetarian sushi in the same area as the seafood sushi. This is raw meat and carries a high risk of getting sick. something you don't want to get while pregnant. This is what my OB told me. I am 29 weeks.

I think that as long as its cooked well, crab and lobster would be ok occasionally. But like wyldegirl said, anything raw is off limits. Going to a sushi place and eating cooked meat or veggie things would be ok, but ask about their preparation methods to be sure you won't get sick from cross-contamination.

You can eat crab and lobster they say to limit it to once a week. I eat sushi whenever I get the chance too. I just make sure it is all cooked. That means not eating the smoked salmon or eel. Nothing smoked at all.

You can't eat anything that is raw. You can eat tuna in a can, but it is a certain kind that you have to eat, but only like 6 ounces a week. As far as lobster and shrimp and stuff, make sure it is fresh seafood. No king salmon whether cooked or raw. Contains a high level of mercury that is not good at all for the baby.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
