Hi everybody! I'm 36 and about to begin my 17th week of pregnancy. My Quad Marker Test results say that I have a 1 in 45 chance of having a downs baby. The doctor's office is pretty much insisting that I have amniocentrisis, but i've read that it could cause a miscarriage. I don't know what to do and i have to make my decision right away. Can anyone please offer advice about this?
