I'm 17 weeks pregnant, and I have to add by the way that "What to Expect When You're Expecting" book is ABSOLUTELY amazing. It answers pretty much everything, as well as aids you month by month in whats occuring to your body. Anyways, I have had a lot of trouble getting to sleep, on top of that once I'm asleep, I'm terribly restless...the book reccomends getting up and doing something until you get tired rather than lying in bed...but I was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions for getting some sleep!?!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
