I am having a really hard time falling asleep at night cuz I've been experiencing restless leg syndrom. I know that the medications available are not ok during pregnancy, but I was wondering if there are any other solutions any of you might have. I'm currently sleeping with 4 pillows trying to get comfortable. I went to the doctor today for some cramping on my right side and asked them about it. I was told that his wife read somewhere a bar of ivory soap in bed will take it away and he said it worked for her. He also said to try taking tums before bed as the calcium can help. I plan on trying both in hopes of being able to get some sleep, but if you have any other solutions please let me know. Thank you.
