I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. There is a slight increase in the risk of a certain heart defect, but its still below 5%. I decided that the risk was work it. Also, the baby might show some withdrawl symptoms right after birth, but it just manifests as them being a little cranky and goes away in a few days. My plan was to switch to zoloft before trying to get pregnant. My husband and I decided to stop trying to prevent pregnancy, but weren't going to focus on when I was fertile and all that stuff. Talk to your doctor about the questions you have. I think that zoloft is a good choice, but talking to a professional about it will probablay help ease your worries too.
