I have fibromyalgia and am just now 7 weeks pregnant. So far the pain and fatigue, coupled with never before known morning sickness, have made for a rough couple of weeks. I also have hypo-thyroidism (low thyroid) and it was out of whack so that made for a living hell on earth for a while too.
Today is the first day I have felt semi-normal in over 3 weeks. This is my third child, and to be perfectly honest, I cannot imagine feeling like this for the next 8 months! I never had morning sickness, I had body aches and pain but only after 6-7 months, and the normal amounts of fatigue. Has anyone else dealt with similar health complications? And if so, how did you cope?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
