Ok, I have been sick all day today, I haven't had too much morning sickness as of yet. My stomach has hurt all day on top of the nausea. I am pretty sure I am slightly constipated. Well I went to the bathroom earlier and I had some yellowish-kind of thick discharge. Sorry if that is TMI, but should I be concerned???

I'd call your doctor just to make sure. sometimes discharge is ok and sometimes not. Good luck :)

That is the beautiful shade and texture of a slime called - I might not spell it right- leukorrea! Yep, it's just as yummy as it sounds and you get to keep it for a while! Don't worry though, it's actually very helpful when you are trying to get it on and quick. The constipation? Normal. Check it out- This is what you need to do, I know you feel horrible right now, sick and tired and about to throw up and crabby and the world is not a very pretty place- but this is important- you only have to do a few things to change everything. First, if your prenatal is making your sick, go and invest in some better ones. The Master Prenatal blend is expensive, but it doesn't make you sick. Eat often small nutritious meals and lastly, move. You have to move. Walk, no sprinting or anything, get your heart beat up, go to the gym, the YMCA, around the block, do something in motion everyday, prenatal yoga, a gentle aerobics class, this will help your body feel better and elevate your mood so that you can not only make through another day but have a genuine smile on your face while you do it. Eat small meals frequently, water, movement, and you will feel better immediately. and yeah, you should probably call your doctor just to make sure that the discharge isn't something freaky. Good Luck- You can do this!

I have had this my whole pregnancy. This discharge is called luekorrea (sp)....completely normal in some woman and due to hormones. Do you have the book "what to expect when expecting"? It really helps put me at ease so I don't have to call my doctor all the time. But I would check with my doctor to ensure no infections.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
