I'm 4 days overdue and have had the worst pain in my back and stomach for several days now. I know that there really isn't anything proven to get things moving along, but does anyone have any advice on what to do for the pain. It's mostly on the right side of my back where the kidneys are and it's killing me. The pain spreads into my stomach and makes me sick. I do get some breaks from it through out the day but when it comes it stays for hours at a time. Hot water hasn't helped yet (shower or bath) and massage takes a little of the edge off but not much and if it's stopped for a second it's right back to how it was. Any advice on how to get through these last days would be much appreciated. My next appointment is on the 7th at which point the doctor will discuss induction, but I really want the baby to come on it's own...I just wish it would hurry up about it. Thanks in advance

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
