For the baby pack vests, baby grows, noghties for baby because the ward can get very hot. Scratach mittens, a cotton hat, clothes to take the baby home in and a outdoor coat or cardigan for baby to go home in. Baby wash in case you want the staff to show you how to bath the baby, oh nappies, find out if your hospital supplies formular milk or not. Breast pads even if you are not breast feeding you may leak, baby wipes. Do you have a baby car seat? I had my daughter 7 years ago so i am trying my best. Try looking in a baby book in a baby shop and take a pen and paper and write down what you will need if you want to know more. But this will pritty much be enough. Oh get disposable nickers for yourself, you can wash them out too and they are easier to wash because they are made of a very light material, lots of maternity pads, feeding bra if your breast feeding etc HOPE I HAVE BEEN OF ASSSISTANCE.

For the babies make sure you have clothes. The clothes that they are going home in and the clothes that you want them to take their first pics in. I think most hospital uses Pampers diapers( the brand name) If you prefer a different name brand of diapers bring your own. I know my hospital uses all Pampers products. They advise you don't use powder on them yet. Take some baby tshirts for them. I think they give you some, but I can't remember. Take the some receiving blankets. Most important thing is the car seat. By law, can't leave the hospital if the baby is not straped into the car seat.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
