So the past 2weeks I've noticed that when I lay on one side for longer than 30min my hip really starts to hurt. I end up tossing and turning all night and the only relief is to sleep on my back but I know I'm not supposed to do that especally since I'm 26wks. I put a pillow between my legs but it doesnt seem to be helping anymore. Does anyone have any suggestions for something that might help because this no sleep thing is really getting to me.
