Okay I have 3 cats and a dog. My dog Koala (Shes half maltese half yorkie, she's a small thing) I've had since I've been 17 and shes always been super attached to me. And one of the cats is mine. They both were pretty attached to me and I noticed a difference since I've been pregnant. But the last few weeks (Im 35 weeks) they have been driving me nuts! I can't pee without them trying to get into the bathroom. My cat and dog snap at each other sometimes because they want me all to theirselves (though they usually get along very well) I just can't do anything without them right up in my business. Has anyone noticed this change in their animals also? Please tell me it gets better once the baby arrives! I love them as if the were my own children, but jeez!

Good luck. I hope yours calm down soon!
I just hope this means they will both like and be protective of the baby when he or she comes.
The other day my DH was in the kitchen washing some dishes and he dropped something and my dog went off barking at him. I think that he forgot he was here. However the catch is our dog doesnt bark. To get him to bark we have to give him a treat.
So I definatly think the pets can sence things. I dont know if they know what they are sensing but they know something is up!!
