I have honestley been disgusted even thinking about what a mucus plug is, and I can safely say that with my other 2 pregnancies I never saw mine, but with this pregnancy I'm quite positive that I did loose it. Does it really mean labor is close I'm almost 35 weeks I know I'm close but I'm still not in the safe zone to deliver. I know all the literature on loosing the mucus plug says to notify your doctor but I know they won't do anything, I had a few good contractions last night and then lost my mucus plug this morning, no more contractions but I'm still kind of curious, How many of you even lost your mucus plug, and if you did loose it how long before you had your baby.

I lost it with my son around 36 weeks and he came at 40 weeks. I think it just means that labor is inevitable, but unfortunately I don't think there's a timetable as to how far about lossing the mucus plug and labor really are. If differs for everyone. Good luck though!

And they say that damn plug can reform, I dont remember loosing mine in either pregnancies. If you ask me Id say you are definently going to have this baby before dec 31!

I just lost mine and the nurse told me that it can be a week to a month before baby comes. I would just watch out for signs. Did you loose the plug all at once? I am loosing mine slowly, bits at a time and she said that my labor may be far away. I would just watch out!

i lost mine with my first son all at once and it was pretty funny cause i was 17 in the showeri had no idea there was a mucus plug so i start screaming for my mom i actually pick up the bloody mucus in a wash cloth and show my mom tears are running down my face cause i think something awful happen and there me in a towel with a with a bloody rag in my hand and my mom was just laughing so hard she could speak so now i getting pissed cause something terrible just happen and she laughing then when she calm down she explain it to me i was so pissed off cause at the time i didnt think it was very funny. but two days later my mister dillon come i was induced with colton so i dont think my plug ever fell out but right now i am 30 weeks and since i was 27 i been having string of blood coming out my doctor said it just my plug and told me not to worry that it sometimes comes out in peices so maybe you havent lost it all just some of it i would worry about it just dont have sex just in case it was the whole thing

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
