hi ladies, i was wondering if anyone could tell me how often i should be feeling movements at 39 weeks? and is it normal for your baby to be more active at one part of the day rather than another? ie my bubb is far more active at night than he seems to be during the day.
Any help would be great, being so close to my due date i'm just more neurotic and worried than ever!!
Thanks xx

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
What they told me was, at this stage your baby should moveat least 10x in any hour s/he moves, so if at night when you feel some movment count them and you should be fine. Do pay attention if the movement all the sudden feels frantic then i'd call your doc.
Good Luck on the upcoming day. I wish you all the best!!!
