For the last 2 days I have had morning sickness that has lasted most of the day. I throw up almost immediately after getting up in the morning, and I feel nauseous for the rest of the day. Any ideas on what can help?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I also ate cinamon, like cinamon hearts, or gum. It helped me. Its just you have to find what really works for you. Everyone is different.
I was also wondering about the preggie pops, for morning sickness, I never tried them but a lot of women said they work wonders.
Oh, and when getting out of bed, try not to get up too fast, take your time.
Also what I found helped me feel a lot better was to stay active. I sat in bed for 3 days straight and felt like crap but as soon as I got up and did my workout and stuff, I started to feel a little better. But try not to over do it.
My morning sickness is finally starting to go away, it felt like I had it forever. Good luck, I hope you start to feel better soon. Take care.
Good Luck. love Me Dee!
