How many times have you needed to buy bigger bras? I am 8 1/2 weeks with twins, and my bras are already starting to get small. My mom thought she only had to buy a bigger bra once, but my SIL said she constantly had to buy bigger bras. Also, does anyone have any recommendations on where to buy maternity bras? Before pregnancy, I was already a 42-44 E/DD in one brand and a 46-48 E/DD in another, so it is harder for me to find bras. I really do not need them to get any bigger! Thanks in advance for all of your help!

I only had to buy them once. I guess because I couldn't afford to keep buying them so I wore my pre pregnancy bras until I couldn't anymore. I went to motherhood maternity store for mine. They size you and let you try some on. Everyone is different though. They might just keep getting bigger and bigger and you just have to keep buying some. You might be a little diff because you are having twins.

i think mine started growing the day i found out i was pregnant. i know what you mean about not needing them to get any bigger. mine have already gone from a 34d to a 36ddd and i'm only 18 weeks along. i assume i might need to buy one more before i buy a nursing bra. i would recommond going to lane bryant, they will size you and help you find a bra, and they have a great selection for bigger chested women like you and i. good luck! :)

I'm normally a 40f but am feeling like i need new bras i am now 17 weeks. Remember you are carrying twins. Oh and i am waiting untill they get a bit more uncomfortable. Am trying to save money for the baby! Also becase i'm tight. Oh well if you need new bras get new bras. The idea of a bra extension sounds interesting bu only if its not your cup thats getting bigger too. I dread to knwo how much weight i will put on i usually put on around 3 stone. But this time i was over weight when i got pregnant. Never mind its the price you pay for being pregnant. GOOD LUCK

When you go into a bra shop and they say they don't have your size ask if they know anywhere that does. And go to over size clothes shops for clothes not just maternity shops. Maternity shops only go up to around a size 18. I'm a 16 to 20 on top and a 14 to 16 below.

It's weird...I have not needed to upsize my bra yet. I don't know why and I haven't thought about it til now. Hopefully I will have enough milk come in to feed my son. I currently wear a 38C maybe I was smaller than that and just wore bras too big. I don't know. Sorry I really don't have a good reply to this topic. Any other ladies not have to upsize?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
