Is anyone having an itching probelm down there? My dr tested for yeast and other things last week and said nothing is wrong and that since there is nothing wrong (like a bacterial infection) there is really nothing i can do. I read online that pregnancy can affect the ph level of your vagina and that can cause itching. Is anyone having this problem? and if so, is there anything that seems to work? I've noticed lots of showers (the warm water i assume is calming) and sex (oddly enough) helps alot. Any other ideas?

I experienced it a bit...the showers/baths and cold packs/washclothes or whatever might help. Hope things get better for you. I'll let you know if I think of anything else. Best of luck.

You know when you get poison ivy or something, theres that oatmeal bath treatment you can get, It is suposed to be good for skin irritations and stuff. I would try that. It's suposed to be good. Good luck.xx

oh i was amused to find sex helped too. I haven't had it with this pregnancy, thank god. My underwear used to make it worst for some reason. Have you tried one of the feminine washes they are meant to be designed to be the right ph level for down there.

there is a product in the feminine isle, called rePHresh, it helps regulate your PH level, and it says it's safe for use during pregnancy. Ive used it when I wasnt pregnant and it works amazing! Ask your Dr to make sure it's ok and try it.
